As Life & Style exclusively reported, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are planning a wedding for this summer — but that’s not the only big change for the couple!
A source reveals that the longtime lovebirds will be heading overseas. “[Miley’s] telling close friends she’ll move to Australia next year,” the source explains. Not only is Liam looking at various projects down there, but he already logs frequent visits to surf and see his family.
“She loves the laid-back lifestyle there,” the source adds. “She feels right at home.”
As for the singer’s upcoming nuptials, a different insider tells Life & Style that the duo will say “I Do” in the Himalayan mountains. “Miley has a real hippie side and wants to embrace that rather than spending millions,” the insider shares. “She wants to focus on the spiritual side of marriage and is very interested in Hinduism, so she is looking at locations in Nepal, where Hinduism is a way of life.”
Though the ceremony will be intimate, there will be plenty for guests to do during the multi-day affair. The “Wrecking Ball” hitmaker would like to incorporate activities such as meditation, yoga, elephant rides, guitar playing, dancing, and sleeping under the stars.
After breaking off their first engagement in 2013, Miley began wearing her ring again in early 2016, though wouldn’t confirm whether the duo was engaged. “We have a house together and dogs. It just seems right to be wearing this ring and be committed,” the 24-year-old said.
And the blonde beauty previously admitted that a wedding is secondary in the grand scheme of things. “I don’t really care about [all that] or the piece of paper as much as I do the promise we’ve made to each other,” she revealed.
