Fans aren’t the only ones dying to see what Kylie Jenner has to say on her new reality series.
The 19-year-old’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians spin-off starts airing in July, and the lip kit mogul’s sisters Kim and Khloé Kardashian are just as curious as we are when it comes to her side project.
“She’s already a pro at this. This is something she really wanted to do to show a different side of her,” Kim told E! News at the NBCUniversal Upfront on Monday, May 15. “She hasn’t been that open on our show. So you’re definitely going to see her friends, her dating, what she does on a daily basis, how hard she really works.”
Khloé added, “It’ll even be new for us because we don’t hang out with her friends. Like what the hell does Kylie do all day long? It’s funny because [Kim and I are] with each other all day long. So with Kylie, I’m going to be a viewer like everyone else.”
Kylie previously told Access Hollywood of the show, “I think why I’m really excited about this is because it’s like a new way of reality and it’s kind of more like a docu-series. It’ll be really cool… I want to show people more of an inside in my life because I keep a lot private. It’ll be fun!”
This year also marks the 10th anniversary of KUWTK, but even after a decade, Khloé claimed that each day of filming still provides a thrill. “The cool thing is the unknown. But I think [it’s also cool to see] how strong and united our family is — it’s what we’re most proud of…we have become so much closer,” she explained.
And despite the clan’s many public obstacles (divorces, arrests), Kim said they’ve leaned on each other to persevere. “We were just taught family is everything. And we put that first, and we just get through that,” she shared.
